MATERIALS
500 gr. linguini
15 ml. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
30 ml lemon juice
100 gr. parmesan cheese, grated
Salt at will
Freshly ground pepper at will

EXECUTION
Boil the linguine in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Once it boils, keep 1 cup.cf. from the water and drain and set aside.
In the meantime put the oil in a pan and let it burn down to medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Withdraw from the fire the frying pan.
In a large bowl put the pasta and add the deep fried garlic with all the liquid of the pan, the juice of the lemon, the parmesan and half the amount of water that we keep. Mix the ingredients well and serve. Sprinkle with salt. pepper, extra parmesan and a little chopped parsley if you want.
