He remarked that the show has shifted from being a serious cooking competition to an entertaining game. Lazarou pointed out, ‘The first winner, Akis Petretzikis, is unforgettable because he was the pioneer.’ He added that while everyone remembers the first winner due to the authenticity and competitiveness of the initial seasons, the same cannot be said for recent winners. ‘If I ask who won two years ago, you wouldn’t remember, but we all recall the first winner,’ Lazarou stated.
