The young man is accused of aiding a criminal by helping the 21-year-old matricide transport the body of their 52-year-old mother, a case that has shocked the city of Larissa. The restrictive terms include a ban on leaving the country and mandatory appearances at the Larissa Police Department every 1st to 5th day of the month. Upon leaving the courthouse, he made no public statements but reportedly said, “I am grieving.” According to information from Onlarissa, during his testimony before judicial authorities, the 22-year-old claimed he was unaware of the murder and intended to call an ambulance and the police. However, the perpetrator allegedly threatened him, warning that he would implicate him in the crime if he did so.
