Lamia: “Black hole” of 1.5 million. euro! – Who stole the Municipality?

How to steal systematically from the money of the grants
The story says that the Report, burning the previous Municipal Authority, it is the Auditor who had the same ex-mayor George Κοτρωνιάς, to control the finances of the THEATER in the previous years.

It is worth noting that while they had the grant money from the Municipality to go into the bank account of the THEATER, some to difficult for the control, a part of the deposit, pay cheques, and some large amounts of “give” in cash!!!
Put simply, the Report makes reason to I see the fraud in continuation, in the Municipality of Lamia and of the THEATER, in a structured manner, so as to deceive the auditors to not be able to control the previous years.
