Kremlin: Trump Staff Speaks of Peace, Joe Biden No

Donald Trump’s staff is talking about peace over war with her, while the current US government under Joe Biden, no, reports it. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said today (25.11.2024) that President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that Moscow is ready for dialogue about Ukraine. Trump is “very concerned” about the escalation between Russia and Ukraine, said newly elected president national security adviser Mike Walts on the Fox News network yesterday, Sunday, saying the war should be led “to a responsible end”. The Kremlin spokesman also said Moscow is not well aware of the views on international issues of Kalin Georgescu, a Romanian far-right critic of NATO who is very likely to be a candidate in the second round of the presidential election on 8 December. Georgescu’s success in the first round of the presidential election was unexpected and threatens Romania’s strong stance in favour of Ukraine so far. Dmitry Peskov told reporters that, while Moscow does not know so much about Georgescu’s views on international affairs, he clearly understands the attitude of Romania’s current leadership which, he said, is hostile to Russia.
