Kremlin: The Islamic State uses chemical weapons in Syria

Moscow considers that it is very likely that the Islamic State is using chemical weapons in Syria, aired today, the news agency RIA, citing the Mikhail Ulyanov, head of the department of non-proliferation and arms control at the Russian ministry of Foreign affairs.
The Ulyanov also called for an investigation of the potential for the Islamic State in Syria has supplied materials of manufacture of sarin gas through Turkey, citing evidence presented recently by a Turkish parliamentary.
