I won’t comment, I’m loyal to my country.’ He added, visibly annoyed, ‘You’re asking me now about a relationship I haven’t even announced or denied—it’s kind of bewildering.’ Regarding those who claim reality TV stars have flooded television broadcasts, taking jobs from journalists and presenters, Vasalos responded, ‘I can’t do more, I’m tired, they’ll eat me alive for many more years. I’ve been in the industry for seven years; I’ll stay as long as I want. […] I’m not responsible for answering about continuing our collaboration with Sissy (Chrystidou); she needs to speak. However, I would like to continue working alongside her.’
