In the message the 16-year-old supposedly asked the 44-year-old to meet in love so that her ex-partner’s father could invoke sexual contact with consent. Next to him sits his father and current companion. In this particular car, the girl’s rapes were reportedly committed. According to the 16-year-old’s father, the companion of the 44-year-old’s son, grabbed the victim’s cell phone and then sent the message asking the 44-year-old to meet in love. What the perpetrator claims The 44-year-old denies all charges and claims he never raped the 16-year-old after they were involved. “I did not rape the complainant. I would never do that. We had an affair, and it was obvious. I even broke up with my wife when it got out. This was about the end of July. I never threatened her to move on to a love act. The girl I met when she was dating my son. Unfortunately, I gave in and had an affair with her,” the 44-year-old claimed and continued: “I also knew her father. I suspect that the 16 – year – old feared her father’s reaction when she learned about our relationship and attributed it to rape. She claims a friend of hers knew about all this 20 days ago, but she didn’t make any complaint. If they open my phone, the whole truth will be seen,” he said. The son of the 44-year-old spoke to Live News arguing that while they were having an affair, his father spoke to the 16-year-old as if she were his daughter. “They met her last July by a mutual friend. I had an affair with this girl from August 10th to March. My father and I met because I took her home. They didn’t talk weird at all. They talked like a father and a daughter. My father was barely interested in her and asked her if she wanted to eat or drink something.” About the relationship they were supposed to develop after the breakup, he said he never saw his father make a sexual move and the only thing he commented on was their age difference. “Since the girl wanted me to say nothing more. It’s her life,” she said. “He watched her for days” Relative of the 16-year-old spoke to Live News and revealed that the 44-year-old stood her under her house and watched her. “It has been recorded by cameras that he did not know existed in the area. While receiving the love messages, he was caught by the cameras he was answering while the 16-year-old was next to him,” he said a relative of the 16-year-old. The 44-year-old will apologize tomorrow, Tuesday (27.08.2024) and claim that his relationship with the 16-year-old is confirmed by many people.
