Kolonos: The trap and threats of the 44-year-old to rape the 16-year-old – “I will kill you and your father”

Shocking are the revelations about the sick action of the 44-year-old, arrested in the wake of his son’s 16-year-old friend. The 44-year-old who “falled” into the hands of the police officers who had set him up in Cologne last Friday (23.08. 24), had an entire scheme to seduce the minor. The 16-year-old, who is an orphan from a mother, was his son’s ex-girlfriend. When the two children broke up, the 44-year-old approached the minor, telling her how to help her get back together with his son, with the 16-year-old falling into the trap. So began the ultimate nightmare for the minor, which the 44-year-old raped for two months, under the threat of killing her and her father. The 44-year-old from June to the previous Sunday of August (18.08.24), had met ten times with the 16-year-old student, dragging her into abandoned land in downtown Athens. Until the child could no longer stand it, “break” and sobbingly confessed everything to her father, who and denounced the perpetrator. The 44-year-old was arrested, even when he was cutting off suspicious walks outside the minor’s house. To his detriment, a case-file was drawn up for infringement of Articles 98, 336 of the B.C. “Continued rape” and 169 of the B.C. for “disease” was subsequently referred to the competent prosecutor and received a deadline for 27/8/2024. The perpetrator is expected to apologize for his heinous acts on the coming Tuesday (27.08.24).
