King Charles: Camila’s health update – “It goes very well”

The queen shared a rare briefing on her husband’s health, which continues his treatment of cancer. During a visit to a new cancer center at Royal United Hospital in Bath, Camilla was asked about King Charles, who is fighting his own battle with the disease. “It’s going very well” Camila replied when asked by a working woman how King Charles was diagnosed with cancer in February. Charles has been staying in Balmoral since 19.08.2024, after starting his summer vacation in Scotland. With him are several members of the royal family, including Kate Middleton’s bride, who undergoes her own treatment for cancer. The last time Buckingham provided official information on King Charles’ health was in April, when he announced he would return to his public obligations, but his treatment continues. The representative had stated that they are “very encouraged by the progress made so far and remain positive for the continued recovery of the king.”
