Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly in a heated dispute over the involvement of their 11-year-old daughter, North, in a controversial track featuring Diddy. The former couple has allegedly exchanged fiery messages in recent days, with Kardashian determined to take legal action to halt the release of the contentious song. The track begins with a voice resembling Diddy expressing gratitude to Kanye West for his support while incarcerated. West responds by calling Diddy a ‘paternal figure,’ and North, their 11-year-old daughter, briefly raps: ‘When you see me shine, you see the light,’ before Christian Combs delivers his verse. According to exclusive reports from the Daily Mail, Kardashian has already initiated legal proceedings to prevent the song’s circulation and is attempting to remove it from the ‘X’ platform. Prior to the track’s release, West posted and then deleted screenshots of an alleged conversation with Kardashian, where he reportedly threatened to go ‘to war’ with her. In the messages, Kardashian claims she owns the rights to North’s name and used this property to block her daughter’s participation in the Diddy track, infuriating her ex-husband. One message shows West writing to Kardashian: ‘I will never speak to you again.’ Kardashian replies: ‘I asked if I could trademark her name. You said yes. When she turns 18, it will belong to her.’ She further requests him to stop, mentioning that she sent legal documents to prevent North’s involvement, aiming to protect her. Kardashian continues, stating: ‘Someone needs to own the trademark. We agreed when the kids were born that I would take all their names and trademarks so no one else could exploit them.’ West allegedly responds threateningly: ‘Change it or we go to war, and neither of us survives the public backlash,’ escalating with: ‘You should kill me.’
