Question to the Minister of Finance for the correction of errors and redefinition of the Temporary Special tax on real Property (ΕΕΤΑ) 2013 in Spetses tabled by Mp SW A Piraeus and Islands Kostas Katsafados.
The Member in question of the reason for the wrong calculation of the ΕΕΤΑ 2013 brought on by incorrect values of a zone, as a result, be charged excessively, the inhabitants of the island.
Mr. Katsafados, pointing out the injustice suffered by the inhabitants of Spetses, despite the clarificatory circulars of the Ministry of Finance issued, asking the Minister if and when we will recompute the erroneous charges of the ΕΕΤΑ in Spetses.
The question of mr Κατσαφάδου is as follows:
“Mr. Minister,
With repeated letters, so the Municipal Authority and the Residents of Spetses, from 2013, have highlighted the very serious problem that has arisen with the wrong calculation of the Temporary Special tax on real Property (ΕΕΤΑ) 2013, which came from incorrect values zone, which resulted in excessive charges for a large part of the inhabitants of the island.
