“Today I will talk about an act of humanity that touched us all.
The teachers and staff of our school, they had realized a long time ago that a kid of our school, was experiencing vision problems. Of course, he couldn’t imagine how serious was the situation of the child.
The difficult economic and social conditions of the environment of the child, and we recall that this is a child with a disability, not allowed to have access to medical care.
The teacher of the child, in cooperation with the Director of our school and the Social Worker, with sensitivity and love were in contact with the environment of the child and visited the ko. Apostle ΦÏαγκή, well-known Ophthalmologist of Kato Achaia, who showed great sensitivity to the subject and examined the child pro bono. Unfortunately, however, he found serious problems of vision , leading even to total blindness.
Immediately mr. ΦÏαγκής contact with the well-known store Optica Line ΠλÎγας, in Kato Achaia and informed them of the severity and immediacy of the problem .
