Katerini: 14-Year-Old Girl Dies After Falling from 10-Meter Bridge

Tragedy struck in Katerini as a 14-year-old girl lost her life following a fall from a bridge approximately 10 meters high on Sunday evening (June 29, 2025). The young girl was initially taken to Katerini General Hospital before being transferred to «G. Gennimatas» Hospital in Thessaloniki and later to the «Hippokrateio» Hospital in Athens, where she eventually succumbed to her injuries late on Monday. The incident occurred around 9 PM on Sunday under unclear circumstances. At this time, the local police department in Katerini is conducting a preliminary investigation into the cause of the fall.
