Currently in her fifth month of pregnancy, Stefanidi eagerly awaits the arrival of her baby boy. Known for her discipline, she shared a video on social media showcasing her daily routine and exercises, guided by her doctor’s advice. In her post, Stefanidi mentioned, ‘The first trimester of my pregnancy passed almost unnoticed (partly because I didn’t even know). Once we found out, we weren’t sure what exercises I could still do and what I should avoid. With my doctor’s guidance, I regained my rhythm and confidence in training. Exercise not only helps me physically but also mentally.’ Stefanidi plans to continue her exercise regimen safely, maintaining both her physical and mental well-being.
