Greece is set to experience rain and thunderstorms as June begins, with showers expected in Crete until midday on Sunday (1/6/25). The rest of the country will see rainy conditions during the afternoon, particularly in inland mountainous areas. Winds in the Aegean may reach up to 6 Beaufort locally. Meteorologists predict temperatures rising slightly to between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 29 degrees in some areas. Detailed forecasts indicate scattered clouds in western regions, with increased cloudiness and local showers or isolated thunderstorms, especially in mountainous areas. Winds will blow from northern directions at 3 to 5 Beaufort, while eastern areas may experience winds up to 6 Beaufort. Temperatures will rise slightly, ranging from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius across the country.
