Josephine: When I joined Eurovision, I had a panic attack on stage

‘ All this caused me a shock after” said . Josephine was hosted by Rainbow Mermaids on YouTube. The brilliant pop star spoke of the effort it made in 2013 to represent Greece in Eurovidion. “When I made my first attempt to register for Eurovision, I was a little girl who started two months, I didn’t even know how to keep the microphone. This whole thing gave me a shock afterwards. I had a panic attack on the stage and it took me five to six years to feel good about myself on the stage again,” Josephine describes. “By going to a psychologist, I would say, since I love music and singing, how can I through it make me so much like this bad time and be exposed? This exhibition of something I love so much, how can it throw me into the fire?”, the singer confesses to her experience. “It took me a long time to realize and feel comfortable on stage to see what my boundaries and bad days are. We are people above all else. We’re not robots. We’re here to evolve, I can’t hear anyone saying: he’s no good. We are here to become better every day,” Josephine points out afterwards. “This was a route that took me some years. Even the fact that I was not speaking Greek, I was having panic attacks on the stage and all of this solved when I went to J2US”, Josephine admitted closing the issue.
