A letter to US President Joe Biden is co-signed by MEMBERS of SYRIZA and MERA25 requesting that he intervene to quash the appeal and end the prosecution against Julian Assange.
The initiative belongs to Yanis Varoufakis‘s party, which points out, among other things: “MERA25 has formally addressed the Parliamentary Groups of New Democracy, SYRIZA, KINAL and the KKE asking them to subscribe. New Democracy and KINAL did not reply while the KKE refused to endorse this letter – which is, in the end, signed by the MERA25 and SYRIZA Members’.
