Joanna Palospyrou: Efi Kakaranzula resigned from the appeal to reduce her sentence

Effy Kakaranzoula resigned from the appeal for a reduction in the sentence regarding the attack against her. “She expressed her crash and regret already from the pretrial, but also in the original court. The statement of regret was not accepted by the suffering thing which is reasonable and understandable, although we would have preferred this apology to have been accepted,” Ephis Kakarantzoula’s lawyer Sakis Kehiajoglou said on the case of the attack on Ioanna Pale Spyros outside the courts. CORVERSE The defendant was brought to court shortly before 9:00, while shortly afterwards Joanna Palospyrou arrived. It should be noted that the appeal hearing had been determined for 6 December 2024, the day on which the court adjourned proceedings for today (16.01.2025). The interruption was given because of the obstruction of the lawyer of the accused Saki Kehayoglu.
