Jack the Ripper: Author revealed his face after 136 years

Jack the Ripper’s identity has remained a mystery for over a century but a writer and researcher believes he identified one of the most notorious and even created an image of what he would look like at the time. For the identity of serial killer Jack Ripper many have been heard and several have been described as “suspects”. From kings to immigrants and French painters. Most of these theories, of course, have been shot down by experts. Now, researcher Russell Edwards claims that not only did he definitively identify the serial killer but he used a new facial remodeling technology to create an image of what the killer would look like at the time. The researcher used DNA evidence found on a victim to “prove” that Jack the Ripper was in fact Aaron Kosminski, a barber of origin from Poland, who was one of the main suspects at the time of the horrible murders in Whitechapel. His last book “Naming Jack The Ripper: The Definitive Reveal”, claims to reveal a “spiracy of silence” that protected the alleged serial killer. Edwards’ discovery came after using DNA evidence from a victim’s shawl, Catherine Eddowes. The prime suspect and shawl Jack the Ripper’s fourth victim was a woman named Catherine Edwards, who was found dead on September 30, 1888, the same night the Ripper also murdered Elizabeth Stride. At Catherine Endows’ crime scene a shawl was found, which was taken home by one of the police officers present at the scene. Later the shawl was auctioned and purchased by Russell Edwards. Edwards submitted it to a DNA test, which revealed stains of blood and semen. According to her, Edwards states that sperm stains on the saliva were identified through DNA with a distant relative of one of the most notorious suspects for Jack the Ripper, Aaron Kosminski. Edwards wrote a book called “Naming Jack the Ripper”, in which he identifies Kosminski as the notorious serial killer and now released a new book called “Naming Jack the Ripper: The Definitive Reveal”. In his book, Edwards again blames Kosminski, writing that police believed he had “a great hatred for women, especially of the prostitute class, and strong killing tendencies.” He also writes that at the time of the murders, London police chief, Dr Robert Anderson, already suspected that Kosminski was the perpetrator. Cosinski was never arrested and died in an asylum.
