Ivan Greko and Three Others Held Over the Abduction of a 24-Year-Old Entrepreneur

Four individuals, including Ivan Greko, have been temporarily detained following an investigative decision in connection with the abduction of a 24-year-old entrepreneur. Among the accused is also a reputed associate involved in the case. The four defendants denied all charges against them regarding the kidnapping, refuting 11 allegations classified as severe offenses and misconduct. They categorically rejected any involvement in the abduction, acknowledging only physical harm due to alleged financial disputes with the victim. The primary suspect denied the abduction but admitted to causing bodily harm, arguing that the victim owed money. The defense claims that the circumstances have been deliberately misrepresented by the alleged victim. The entrepreneur was abducted earlier in May during a collaboration near Mount Hymettus. According to the official report, the victim was forcibly moved into a vehicle operated by three of the four suspects and endured threats and physical violence for five hours.
