Israel: New Rocket Attack from Iran Targets Haifa

A new rocket attack was launched against Haifa on Friday afternoon (20.6.25). Sirens are sounding across the country, and explosions can be heard in Haifa and other areas of Israel. According to ‘The Times of Israel,’ several powerful explosions have been reported in Beersheba in the south, as well as in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Meanwhile, the IDF released video footage showing the interception of an Iranian drone earlier Friday morning. The Barak air defense system intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle that crossed into Israeli airspace earlier today. The Barak system was developed in Israel to protect against aerial threats. The Israeli Air Force will continue to operate to intercept targets threatening Israeli skies and maintain air superiority in the region.
