Irritated skin from the cold? 4 tips for your comfort instantly!

Can every time we go out, especially these days, to…
we dress like we’re going to Alaska, and rightly so, since we are in the heart of winter and the cold is enough, but our skin reacts differently at low temperatures.
Redness, irritation, itching, intense dryness and roughness are the most frequent problems that we face in our skin , which is intensified even more by the lack – lower humidity in the heated areas and the constant alternation of heat and cold -.
How can we, however, find relief immediately?
– We apply a special moisturising creams (like Aveeno) to the irritated areas since the anti-inflammatory action, removes redness and soothes minor irritations or itch,as reported by several dermatologists.
-Aloe Vera gel contains excellent anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. In addition, it contains vitamin E, which keeps skin hydrated and reduces itching. Spread, well, gel of aloe in the area where the skin has “run away” and leave for 15 minutes. Repeat once a day.
– In a bowl we can use a small amount of olive oil, almond oil or sesame oil and do light massage of the hands, feet and the rest of our body, before we go for shower. If we have time, we can lightly heat the oils and then spread them out on our skin.
– In case, of course, that we are inside the bathroom, we can fill the tub with lukewarm (I stress not hot water) and take in moisturizing oils. After we finish our bathroom, wipe ourselves dab.
