Iran-Israel Conflict Escalates with Explosions in Tehran and Alarms in Tel Aviv

At least two powerful explosions were heard overnight in Tehran, according to a correspondent from the French Press Agency, following Israel’s warning to civilians to urgently move away from areas in the capital’s center. The explosions occurred at 00:55 local time (24.06.2025) and struck the northern and eastern parts of Tehran, as reported by Iranian news agencies FARS and MEHR. Simultaneously, Iran warned residents of Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv, to evacuate immediately. An ‘urgent warning’ was issued by Iran for civilians ‘to move away from the Ramat Gan area in the occupied territories,’ according to the MEHR news agency. It appears that neither Tehran nor Tel Aviv currently show any inclination to reduce their aggression.
