parents of pupils Primary Schools –the Gymnasiums ,that the Department of Social Solidarity the division of Public Health and Social Care in cooperation with the federations of unions of sport operating in P.E. Heraklion implement the program of Social Sport for the period
2016-2017 for children of economically weak families.
The selection criteria are:
• The income of the parents in accordance with the tax clearance certificate and the form E9
• The certificate of family status from where it occurs the
Number of members of the family.
The limit of income depending on the number of dependants of the family is specified as such in the program of the Social Grocery. Ie. for a family with two states defined net annual income less the rental fee of up to 6500€ , for a three
family amount of annual income up to 8000€ ,for a family of four
up to 9000€ for the five and older up to 12500€.
• Unemployment of parents resulting from the relevant card of OAED.
• Illness of a parent or other family member resulting from a medical report that will be presented.
• The report of a Social Worker of the service after a Social Investigation to be carried out , completes the picture for the economic weakness of the family.
Applications and supporting documents will be deposited by 13 /06/2016 to
