Commission of UNESCO mrs. Maria – Katerina Παπαχριστοπούλου – Τζιτζικώστα, accompanied by the geologist and scientific responsible of the Natural Park of Psiloritis, mr. Charalambos Fasoulas.
The President spoke with the Mayor and executives of the Municipal Authority for matters within its competence, but also on the possibilities of cooperation of the Municipality with the international Organization, and received as a gift from Mr. Μαμουλάκη the book of Nikos Ψιλλάκη “Olive Crown”.
Then, mrs Maria – Katerina Παπαχριστοπούλου – Τζιτζικώστα and mr. Φασουλάς, were given a tour of the Archaeological Collection of Malevizi, admiring the unique finds of the Collection, Metaxa and the archaeological treasures from the areas of Crete, which are exhibited in the museum.
