A one-of-a-kind theatrical performance exploring the concept of time—and its profound influence on our lives—awaits audiences at the stunning Flóka Theatre in Ancient Olympia on Monday, 29 June 2026.

A Creative Vision by Zoi Andritsou

Written, directed, and choreographed by acclaimed artist and visionary Zoi Andritsou, the production brings together over 350 performers of all ages: students from the Zoi Andritsou Dance School, as well as established actors including Giorgos Giannopoulos and Theodora Siarkou.

Musical Collaboration and Narrative Depth

The original score features a special collaboration between the bands Passpartout Band and Otra Rota, who co-created the show’s signature song.

“I Run But Never Arrive” serves as a spiritual successor to Andritsou’s highly successful 2022 production “The Island of Secrets,” which drew thousands to the Flóka Theatre. At its heart lies a timeless question: What is time? An invisible pursuer? A wise healer? Or perhaps a bridge—reconnecting people, souls, and unfinished stories?

The story reunites the four friends from “The Island of Secrets” on what begins as a simple birthday surprise—but quickly unfolds into a captivating journey beyond the boundaries of time itself. A strange accident. A mysterious woman. A tree holding far more secrets than anyone imagines. In a parallel dimension, the characters confront their past choices, unfulfilled dreams, and the paths they left behind. And just when they believe everything has ended—the truth begins to emerge.

Blending dance, music, song, and theatre, Andritsou crafts a singular universe where joy, laughter, reflection, and deep emotion flow seamlessly into one another.
