How it affects your mood, posture

The extent to which something…
as simple as it is to improve the posture of the body, could help people who have been diagnosed with moderate depression examines research from the university of Auckland.
“Compared with sitting in someone καμπουριαστά sitting with a straight back may make him feel more pride after a success, to increase the perseverance to solve a δισεπίλυτο work and gives greater confidence,” explains the lead researcher dr Elizabeth Broadbent.
“The survey also reveals that sitting someone with in-line his spine makes him feel most alert and have more enthusiasm, less fear and higher self-esteem after a stressful work,” adds the researcher.
Dr. Broadbent has reached the above conclusions by experimenting with a group of 61 participants who were diagnosed with mild and moderate depression.
The participants were asked to complete a demanding and stressful work (part of which was to give a five-minute speech for which I accept criticism).
Half were given instructions to have correct posture with a straight back, down the shoulders and gaze forward.
The participants who took care of their posture yielded better, had more energy and greater enthusiasm.
“From my experience and from my research I believe that adopting a correct posture helps you to feel better,” says the researcher and complements “, but I think a lot depends on the situation and the content, and more research is required as to when this strategy works and for whom”.
