House in Chania Engulfed in Flames: Quick Evacuation Saves Lives

A house in Chania was engulfed in flames late Monday afternoon (14/4/25) as the fire rapidly destroyed the roof. According to FlashNews, the fire then spread to the first floor of the building in Chania, leaving the house completely ablaze! Fortunately, those residing in the house had managed to evacuate in time. Firefighting forces from Chania quickly arrived at the scene to extinguish the fire, while police closed off the road. Additionally, a DEDDHE team also rushed to the site to assist.
