Piraeus, as he points out, participates in my Home 2 program at an interest rate of 1 month now a fixed margin of 1.60%. The interest rate relates to 50% of the loan funds as the remaining half is interest-free due to co-financing with the Recovery and Durability Fund. The total amount of the loan will therefore be borne by half of the above interest rate. Example: Euribor 1 month is currently 14/1/25 to 2.84%. Piraeus client will currently have an interest rate on the total amount of the 2.22% loan corresponding to half the sum 2.84% Euribor 1M + 1.60%. For an average loan of EUR 100,000 with a duration of 30 years, the monthly instalment will be EUR 380.72. However, given the downward trend in interest rates, the longer Euribor will yield both the overall interest rate and the dose will be reduced.
