In episode two, Chloe and Petros, newlyweds, leave for their trip to Paris, leaving behind Father Nikolaos, Irini, and their families for four whole years! In July 1963, a filmmaker prepares to open a cinema in Sterna. Argyris is released from prison, and Smaro and Kleanthis return permanently, while Anastasia receives a new job offer. Irini and Stefanos are expecting their first child, and finally, the Markopoulos family prepares to welcome Chloe, her husband, and their child, little Kyriakos. In episode three, everyone joyfully welcomes Chloe, Petros, and their child at the Markopoulos house until an unexpected arrival disrupts the celebration. Argyris, recently released, goes straight to see Chloe. When Paul sees him, he becomes enraged, and a fight ensues. Argyris is determined to exact revenge on Paul for all the injustices he suffered and to uncover the truth about his child’s death. Christina feels threatened since her actions led to Argyris’ imprisonment, but there’s more unsettling her—another return has deeply disturbed her.
