Heraklion: Two Minors Arrested for Knife Attack and Robbery of a 19-Year-Old

Members of the Heraklion Rapid Action Department and the Two-Wheeled Policing Team arrested two minors for robbery and weapon possession. Specifically, the arrests took place in the early hours of Sunday (02.03.2025), following an attack on a 19-year-old who was threatened with a knife and had €130 stolen. Police investigations quickly identified the suspects, and during their arrest, two folding knives and the stolen money were recovered. The cash was returned to the victim. Furthermore, charges for neglect of supervision of minors were filed against a 57-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman, the guardians of the accused. The preliminary investigation is being handled by the Heraklion Division for Crime Prevention and Detection.
