Heraklion: Two men tried to rape 19-year-old tourist – Woodload her partner

Moments of horror lived a 19-year-old tourist from whom she vacationed to her partner in Crete, when two men from Sudan attempted to rape the girl while one beat her friend. The shocking incident occurred at dawn on Friday (23.08.2024) in the Peninsula area in Heraklion, where tourists from the Netherlands had retired to a rocky shore for a little calm. There the two Sudanese, who were hiding, attacked them in order to rape the 19-year-old. The couple managed to react, with her 19-year-old boyfriend trying to defend her, despite the attack she received. The two Dutch had consumed alcohol, but from their voices for help, the perpetrators fled. The couple fled shocked to the Peninsula Harbor Department and described the incident. Port authorities spotted the perpetrators in the area and arrested them. Today, the perpetrators are expected to be taken to Justice on charges of attempted rape.
