A 29-year-old mother from Crete is reported to have accidentally given gummy candies containing cannabis to her two underage children, aged 10 and 14. The incident occurred in a neighborhood of Heraklion, Crete, when the woman reportedly found a box of cannabis-infused gummies in a hotel room where she works. Mistaking them for regular candy, she took them home and gave them to her children. According to neakriti.gr, she even consumed some of the gummies herself. The two children showed signs of discomfort and were transferred to the University Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI), where they are currently hospitalized in the Pediatric Clinic as a precautionary measure. The mother also received medical assistance and was subsequently arrested by local authorities.
