Heraklion in the spotlight after the arrival of the Προκαθήμενων of the Orthodox Churches

Churches drive away finally, continuing the program in the context of the Holy and Great Synod, which is taking place these days in the Orthodox Academy of Crete in Kolymbari, Chania.
The Προκαθήμενοι directed to hotels in the city, in order to break up the afternoon, and will attend the Liturgy and the Vespers of Pentecost, to be solemnized in the Holy Temple of Agios Titos in the centre of Heraklion.
The address will be made by the archbishop of Crete Irineos, and the Vespers will be officiating the Ecumenical Patriarch συγχοροστατούντων of the Primates of the Orthodox Churches.
In fact the reception was in the Church of St. Titus will be at 6: 30 in the afternoon by the Mayor of Heraklion, Vassilis Λαμπρινό.
Then, after the end of the Vespers, will be listed lunch on the Προκαθημένους in the “Garden of the Senses” in the area of Malades.
