Wednesday 19 October 2016 was carried out by the Volunteer Team for Civil Protection of Penteli, in the… Multi-Purpose Hall of D.K.Penteli, the “Day of Support for Volunteering”.
The Honorary President of the Voluntary Panel and the Mayor of Penteli Dimitris Stergiou Kapsalis in his speech he made a historical review of the Team that works already 15 years with founder of the same to the Mayor with the vision to be at the core of Volunteering, giving and the message that everyone is required more and more young people to volunteer in the wild by the older.
Welcome remarks on behalf of the Governor of the 2470 Region of Rotary, mr. Apostolos Μαμάτα, the Î Ïοδιοικητής mrs. Katerina Κοτσαλή-Papadimitriou, Responsible for Public Image of the Group.
A brief greeting addressed to the President of the rotary club of Pendeli, mrs. Elsa Apergis and then aired a Documentary on the actions of the Group.
The event ended with the performance of the signal of the rotary club to the Honorary President and the President of the Panel and of a waistcoat to the Volunteers of the Team, sponsored by the rotary club to Step.
