He used artificial intelligence to apply to 1,000 jobs while sleeping – the result will surprise you

H (AI – Artificial Intelligence) has entered our lives for good and refers to the ability of a machine to reproduce the cognitive functions of a man, such as learning, design and creativity. However, a Reddit user went a step further, creating a bot of artificial intelligence to help him search for work, while he was sleeping in his bed. CORVERSE As he revealed, he thus managed to secure more than 50 job interviews. He said that artificial intelligence did most of the “heavy” work, after handling everything, from the rewording of his biographical and accompanying letter to the automatic submission of applications for jobs, for which he was appropriate. The bot was “unbelievably effective in passing through automated control systems” noted features. ADVERSE “I created an artificial intelligence bot that: He analyzes the information of the candidates, examines job descriptions, creates unique résumés and accompanying letters for each job, answers specific questions posed by recruitment managers, automatically applies for jobs,” he wrote. “And all this while I was sleeping! Within just a month, this method helped me secure about 50 interviews,” he stressed. He attributed the successful result to the individualization of the biographical and accompanying letters, depending on the location description. According to his reasoning, artificial intelligence already changes the way recruitments in the labour market, since many businesses use similar bot artificial intelligence to “discover” prospective workers. However, he noted that he is aware of the ethical concerns raised by this approach to finding work. As he clarified “the bot was created only for educational and information purposes” and that “it does not recommend its use for obvious moral reasons”, but “we should find a delicate balance between the effectiveness of artificial intelligence and the wealth of human interactions. Only then will we be able to build a future of work that is not just productive, but also satisfactory and essential for all,” he concluded.
