The police have arrested a 16-year-old boy suspected of participating in the gang rape of a 14-year-old girl in Keratsini. Another suspect has been identified and is still at large. Two brothers aged 18 and 17, along with their 41-year-old mother, have already been arrested in connection with the case for neglecting the minor. The alleged assault occurred on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning (2/7/25), when the girl met one of the accused through an online app. He reportedly took her to a house in Keratsini. Shortly after, three other men allegedly arrived and sexually assaulted the girl. After the abuse, the minor left the house and wandered around Piraeus. Her parents reported her missing to the police, and she was later found by officers from the DIAS unit in Piraeus and taken to the local police station, where she reported the abuse. On Thursday afternoon (3/7/25), one of the suspects involved in the case was apprehended. The investigation is being handled by the Attica Directorate for the Protection of Minors.
