Nikos Panagiotopoulos and Michalis Chrysochoidis are in Evros today

Estimates will be made for refugees expected to arrive from Afghanistan in the near future

The Minister of National Defense Nikos Panagiotopoulos and the Minister of Civil Protection Michalis Chrysochoidis will be in Evros today.

The two ministers will land by helicopter at the Orestiada stadium, accompanied by the Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Konstantinos Floros, and the Chief of the Hellenic Police, Michael Karamalakis.

They will visit Kastanies and inspect the situation on the Greek-Turkish border, but they will also deal with the Greek-Bulgarian border, from where the traffickers pass several illegal immigrants for a long time now.
