Greek Parliament: Kyriakos Mitsotakis Speaks on Defense Procurement

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis took the floor again during the second round of speeches by political leaders focusing on defense procurement. Mitsotakis is expected to respond to comments made by political leaders in their opening statements, not only regarding defense acquisitions but also hybrid threats. Earlier, the prime minister announced that the final responsibility for monitoring hybrid threats, alongside the Minister of National Defense, will be assigned to the National Security Bureau. The role of the National Security Advisor will be upgraded into a flexible structure under the direct supervision of the prime minister.
