KETHEA. Sunday, December 18, hundred was thirty-seven people participated in the Graduation Ceremony of KETHEA to celebrate the vindication of a painful struggle for a clean life. People found in the KETHEA through different routes and under disparate conditions are true: teenagers and adults, men and women, Greeks and immigrants, some with a starting point of the street or jail.
Graduates of KETHEA is at least three years clean, working, studying, working voluntarily, have built a new relationship with themselves, their family and society. Arrived up here after a long and painful personal and collective effort. An effort is now done in the most adverse conditions, in a period of crisis, rapid changes and painful cuts that sometimes lead to questioning of the right to treatment and integration.
KETHEA together with the members, alumni, Associations, Family and volunteers continues to fight for the right of all to the support, care and social inclusion. It continues to claim the means and the resources, which are necessary for public, free and quality services of treatment of dependence, accessible to all, without discrimination.
