Google Chrome: Soon, even as soon as opening of web sites with new algorithm

Google Chrome is undoubtedly one of the most popular web browsers, but it is considered quite “heavy” and… energy κοστοβόρος for computers. So, Google decided to create a new compression algorithm that will increase the loading speed of web pages up to 26%.
The new algorithm is called the Brotli, and will replace the current (Zopfli), bringing a brand new data format that compresses the HTML, CSS and JavaScript at a rate of 20-26%. This implies more speed for opening web pages, saving data in portable devices and, of course, save battery.
The algorithm Brotli is in a stage of “intent to ship”, therefore, you will see the application in one of the nearby updates of Google Chrome.
