With views of the mountain Aiguille du Midi, the impressive town gathers every year a large number of visitors, while this year, for the first time, the world will have the opportunity to enjoy it like this or else spectacular views in a completely different way.
The Pierre-Yves Chays created a glass cabin at the top of the mountain that bears the name “Step into the Void” and a height of 3,842 meters, which was inaugurated on 21 December and gives to the visitor the possibility to admire the view in front of him and the void beneath his feet in a completely different way. “Like you’re floating in the void, the transparent glass causes several palpitations and raises the adrenaline, is a question, moreover, of the athletes of the mountain,” says the creator. In essence, it is a glass cabin five sides that resembles the famous Skywalk at the Grand Canyon.
