After 10 weeks of exhausting deposits for the group rape case in France, Giselle Pelico’s lawyers next Tuesday (19.11.2024) will begin their speeches. Immediately afterwards, Dominique Pelico’s lawyers will also declare and then the court’s 5-member committee will issue its final decision which will be announced on December 20. The mass rape case for a decade has shaken not only France but also the entire planet. Dominique Peliko admitted that he drugged and raped his 71-year-old – now- wife while often “fishing” other men from the internet to rape the defenseless woman. Their sick acts were confessed by several of the 51 accused aged 26 to 72. Those who did not confess, deny rape charges as they argue that “they had not understood that Giselle Pelico was unconscious at the time of the act.” That is why her 70-year-old husband who said at the trial that “everybody knew what we were doing” came to burn.
