Germany: Police shot and killed man who stole excavator and led to a situation of amok

According to a police announcement in Germany, the man stole the excavator from the construction company facilities in Grunsfeld, which he completely destroyed and led to an amok situation for 12 km to neighbouring Tauberbshythmsheim. Many patrol cars pursued him trying to prevent him, but the driver refused to stop and repeatedly clashed with them, causing the injury of a police officer, who is being treated out of danger. Eventually the man was immobilized when he fell dead from a police shooting.
