FutuReady 2024: Papastratos empowers the new generation for the challenges of the future

Papastratos organizes for the second consecutive year “FutuReady”, a pioneering initiative aimed at strengthening young professionals with skills and knowledge required in the modern working environment. “FutuReady” will take place on Wednesday, December 4th at the Gazarte Polyschore in Kerameikos, offering a unique experience to young people and young people, aged 18 to 27, students, seniors and graduates who are in the early stages of their professional careers. With a key message from the initiative “The power of Generation Z: Together we begin the journey, together we become FutuReady” , this full-day event aims to provide a comprehensive update on the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow’s labour market. This is a unique experience dedicated to Generation Z which aims to enhance their ability to adapt to the constantly changing requirements of professional life. The program of “FutuReady” includes speeches by distinguished officials and experts who will shoot down the myths around Generation Z, focus on the skills required in the modern working environment and share advice on a successful work course for purpose and balance, but also on the promotion of a strong personal brand. At the same time, participants will participate in educational experiences and interactive workshops in a dynamic and innovative environment that encourages creativity and interaction.
