Special Plan of Spatial Development of Public Property (ESCHADA) for the development of “Astir Palace Vouliagmeni FDI”.
The agreement ensures the adaptation of the Plan in the opinion of the Council of State (ΠΕ28/2015) and keeps the same price of eur 400 million. euro.
The whole process is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016.
