France – Dominique Pelico testified: My motivation that I wanted to control women

After Giselle’s final testimony today Pelic before the court’s decision on her rape case comes out, Dominique Pelico, her former husband and arranger of her rapes are apologized. Dominique Pelico began his apology addressing his children. He says it’s the first time he’s seen them after four years. “I realized I did harm to them, but not to such an extent,” he tells the court in France. “I insist I never touched my children or grandchildren”. “I have them in my heart anyway,” he says with a trembling voice. Referring to her he said: “She is strong and keeps everything inside her”. Giselle Pelico’s lawyer asks the defendant about the files found on his computer with photographs of his half-naked daughter Caroline. “I can tell her, looking her in the eye, that I never touched her,” she says and adds: “Carolin, I never touched you”. “You’re lying. I’m sick of your lies. You are alone with your lies, you will die a liar” his daughter broke out. He has talked about this a lot with his psychiatrists since his arrest, he argues. “This caused me a fault. He lasted for life,” he says in court. He adds that he wanted to control women. “Here’s my motive. You can do whatever you want with it.” Dominique Pelic was then asked about the role of the other defendants in the case and why some of them claim that he drugged them or manipulated them with him answering: “to save themselves.” He again stated that he recognizes what he did to his wife but still denied doing something to his children or grandchildren. “As for everyone else in this room, I’m just saying what happened. When you go to casinos, you play and lose, you can’t blame the casino,” he said apologizing for the expression he used. “To be honest, if not here [the other defendants], neither would I be here,” Dominique said. “Do you admit to manipulating them?” the lawyer asked him. “Absolutely not” he replied. He was then asked by a lawyer why he did not delete the incriminating files when “his time is over”, after one of the incidents with upskirting: “I wanted to tell my wife… I didn’t have the courage because I didn’t want to lose everything.” Before Dominique Pelico’s testimony, court president Roger Arata read the lengthy testimony that the retired electrician had given to police after his arrest in 2020 when he was filming under women’s skirts. In his testimony, among other things, the organizer of the multiple rapes of 72-year-old Giselle admits that he drugged his ex-wife, raped her while inviting other men to their home in the small village of Mazan, to rape the drugged Giselle. In his testimony to the police Pelico reported in detail that he was rubbing sleeping pills on Giselle’s food, without her of course knowing anything, so that he could rape her undisturbed.
