The Fourlis Group concluded 2025 with a robust social and sports footprint, reaffirming its commitment to employee well-being and community contribution as core elements of its corporate culture. Throughout the year, hundreds of employees across Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and Cyprus actively participated in volunteering and sports initiatives—strengthening local communities and fostering teamwork and collaboration. Social responsibility efforts focused on supporting children, seniors, people with disabilities, vulnerable groups, and environmental sustainability. In Greece, voluntary blood donations in January and June yielded 396 blood units; during Volunteer Day, employees and their families planted 120 trees in Varympompi, Attica. At Christmas, food and essential goods were collected for vulnerable groups, while Easter outreach supported mental health facilities and disability care centers. Similar initiatives took place across all four countries: in Bulgaria, employees supported childcare and senior care facilities and engaged in creative community projects; in Romania, INTERSPORT linked social action with sport through Christmas donations and a charity football match. Sport remained integral to the Group’s culture, with employees participating in 18 organized sports events—including major races, corporate tournaments, and socially themed athletic events—enhancing physical and mental well-being and team cohesion. Leda Fourli, Director of Sustainability and Social Responsibility at Fourlis Group, stated: “Responsibility isn’t a separate activity—it’s how we operate daily. We’re proud of our people who turn our values into action—supporting society or uniting through sport. This spirit of participation and giving is our true strength.” Consistently advancing its sustainability strategy, Fourlis continues investing in initiatives that empower local communities, promote well-being, and cultivate a culture of participation, solidarity, and collaboration—creating lasting positive impact wherever it operates.
