In an impressive match Lando Norris managed to finish 1st in her Grand Prix in the Netherlands, achieving an hopeless victory at Max Ferstapen’s house who stayed in 2nd place. Charles Leclerc filled the podium. The second win of this season – but also overall of his Formula 1 career – was celebrated by Lando Norris in Sunday’s Dutch Grand Prix (25/08/24) on the Chadfurt track. The British driver of McLaren managed to keep world champion, Max Ferstapen, comfortable behind him, and to stop Dutch’s undefeated streak in his home country, after Red Bull’s “pilot” counted three wins in an equal number of matches since 2021, when the Dutch grand before reverted to the World Championship program. The trinity of the podium was completed by Monegascos Charles Leclerk with Ferrari in a very beautiful match. See this post on Instagram. Ferstapen may have started well and taken 1st place at the Grand Prix startup, however Norris took advantage of the DRS and found himself in 1st place in the 18th round, leaving Dutch behind him. Next Grand Prix in this year’s Formula 1 championship is scheduled in Italy and on Moncha’s legendary track, the three-day 30/8-9.
